We hope to fulfill these needs at your first visit with us, and continue to be to serve you and your pets in the future. If this is you and your pet's first visit to us, or if you are an existing client and you are bringing in a pet who has never been to us before, you will have some paperwork to fill out. If you wish, you can download and print our New Client/Patient Form here and bring it in at the time of your exam (You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on you computer to open this file). If you do not have printing capabilities, don't worry, you can always fill out the form when you come in.

This offer is only valid for new clients who have never been to the East Boston Animal Hospital or the Chelsea Animal Clinic.
The East Boston Animal Hospital is a full service hospital complete with a surgery suite, dental facilities, radiograph capabilities and on-site laboratory. We believe in practicing preventative care by way of vaccinations, heartworm prevention, annual, wellness and senior exams, good pet grooming practices, as well as client education for our pets.
